Lucy Marks founded LMD to help individuals, teams and organisations to achieve their full potential. Lucy has a passion and belief that every individual has the ability and potential within themselves to achieve greater success.

Working with individuals and their sponsoring organisations to align personal and wider goals, LMD will use a variety of coaching tools and techniques to create a vision for realistic and achievable future growth and development. LMD will help the individual to achieve success for themselves and their organisations through a process that breaks down barriers and measures progress towards their goals.
